Policy, terms and
conditions:
A credit card is required at the time of reservation to 'Secure or Hold' the
booking. The credit card will not be debited unless you cancel or fail to
arrive.
If the booking is cancelled there is a ten pound per person administration fee.
If the booking is cancelled outside of the 48 hour notice period, your credit
card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
If we are able to re-rent the room a refund will be given to the card.

We are a non smoking Guest House and any person smoking inside the building will be charged £50.00 for cleaning
